Cluster of 62 people found to be infected with COVID at a welfare facility for people with disabilities in Nagasaki

At a welfare facility for the disabled in Sasebo, 62 people involved were confirmed to be infected. As of 7 pm on 14 January, the number of people receiving treatment at home in Nagasaki had risen to 33,116.

NAGASAKI – 1,941 new coronavirus infections were found in Nagasaki Prefecture on August 15th..

The newly announced cases include 901 in Nagasaki City, 218 in Sasebo City, 152 in Isahaya City, 132 in Omura City, 84 in Minami Shimabara City, 76 in Unzen City, 63 in Shimabara City, 57 in Goto City, 56 in Tsushima City, 41 in Nagayo Town, 38 in Iki City, 30 in Shinkamigoto Town, 20 in Tokitsu Town, 17 in Hirado City 17 in Hirado City, 13 in Kawatana Town, 11 in Matsuura City and 10 in Hasami Town, for a total of 1,941.

The number of infected people has increased by 26 from the previous Monday.

In addition, the deaths of a man in his 80s in Sasebo City and a company employee in his 70s, whose place of residence was not disclosed, were announced.

There is one new cluster.
