Sacked Okayama disabled people to get job interviews

In Kurashiki city, ‘FILL’ has been operating a support work office for persons with disabilities, due to the fact that about 170 people with disabilities had been dismissed Friday m emolument. FILL targeting disabled people who were dismissed on December 11. Emergency job interviews will be held on April 13th for approximately 30 people with ‘Type A’ disabilities (those disabled people under age 65 who are physically able to work) seeking re-employment.

A total of 18 offices including general corporations will be involved in the interviews . There are about 50 jobs in total, including 10 full-time jobs while others were part time workers.

A 33-year-old man who was working on entering personal computer data in FILL said, “desk work is hopeful, but light work seems to be much, we want salaries that can be kept at a minimum.” A 45-year-old woman in Takahashi-shi, who was panicked when she was told she was to be dismissed, said, “”If you understand your disability and you can work at your own pace, you will need expenses such as an automobile inspection, and I want to work earlier, but I do not want to go to a type A office.””

Meanwhile, a person in charge of an automobile parts manufacturing company who participated as a business office said, “There is lack of workers, if there is a person who matches the job description , I would like to cooperate to help re-employ even just one person.”
