KANAGAWA- On September 27th, suspicions emerged that at Kanagawa Prefectural Nakai Yamayurien, located in Nakai Town, Kanagawa Prefecture, that a staff member used violence to conceal a broken bone. It was announced that an investigation shall be carried out.

On the same day, the director of the facility, Daishi Kanno, held a press conference at the prefectural office with the prefectural executives. According to the director, a man in his twenties was injured in July 2019 by breaking his collarbone, but the cause could not be identified and he reported it to the prefecture as an accident.

After that, it was pointed out at the workplace that the staff might have hit a man with a cart carrying laundry and the male staff member was interviewed. However, it was apparently not considered a problem because he denied it.
