A man (43) is suspected of committing an obscene act against a teenage boy with intellectual disabilities in a public toilet in a park in Suginami Ward, Tokyo.

TOKYO – A man was arrested for committing obscene acts against a teenage boy with intellectual disabilities in a park in Suginami Ward, Tokyo.

A man (43) is suspected of committing an obscene act against a teenage boy with intellectual disabilities in a public toilet in a park in Suginami Ward on the 5th of last month. According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, the suspect called out to a boy on his way to school and invited him to a toilet in the park. The suspect is reported to have admitted the charges after interrogation. He is believed to have repeatedly committed similar crimes against the boy, and the Metropolitan Police Department is also investigating the remaining charges.
