In response to the spread of the new coronavirus, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has opened a fax consultation service (03.3595.2756) to accept consultations from people who have difficulty hearing.
Consultations will be accepted on saturdays and Sundays, and the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare wants people to specify the fax number of the reply destination in addition to the consultation contents when sending.
In late January, the All Japan Deaf Federation (Tokyo) offered to prepare a system for hearing-impaired people.
