HYOGO – On September 12th, the Hyogo Prefectural Government announced that a day service for children with disabilities in Takarazuka City had been receiving a remuneration of 193,000 Yen by misrepresenting the amount of people using the service. The Hyogo Prefectural Government announced that for six months from October 1st, the service will not accept new users.
According to the Hyogo Prefectural Government, last year the service claimed a total of 20 days for nine users who actually didn’t use the service, but for whom compensation was claimed. Takarazuka City requests return of the remuneration based on the Child Welfare Law.
