Director of Saitama facility for people with disabilities accused of quasi-obscenity: “I did it as part of my education”

SAITAMA – In April of this year, the director of a facility was arrested for touching the body of a female trainee in her 20s at an employment support facility for persons with disabilities in Misato City, Saitama Prefecture.

The suspect, who was arrested on suspicion of quasi-obscenity, went to an employment support facility for persons with disabilities, which he is the director of, in April of this year.

The suspect is believed to have committed the crime when he was alone with a woman after training, and said to the investigation, “There is no doubt that I did engage in sexual acts, but I did it as part of my education.”
