SAITAMA – In April of this year, the director of a facility was arrested for touching the body of a female trainee in her 20s at an employment support facility for persons with disabilities in Misato City, Saitama Prefecture.

The suspect, who was arrested on suspicion of quasi-obscenity, went to an employment support facility for persons with disabilities, which he is the director of, in April of this year.
