TOKYO-The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, provides support for people with disabilities during work and commuting. On 15th it was announced that policy to be expanded and the subsidy to be paid is to be maintained. Members of the House from Reiwa Shinsengumi, who have serious disabilities, asked for a review of the system so that it would be subject to public assistance during work, but the review of the disability welfare service system itself was postponed.
The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare will continue to consider support measures that match the actual situation so that will lead to social participation of persons with disabilities.
This subsidy is financed by “payments” paid by private companies that fall below the legal employment rate.
