On August 21st, Sapporo Atsubetsu Station arrested a support facility employee on the suspicion of violation of the Youth Healthy Development Ordinance, which covers obscene acts.
The allegation of arrest was allegedly touching the body of a high school girl, aged 16 in the city at a support facility for the disabled in Kita-ku, Tokyo, around July 13.
According to the police, the suspect is working at a facility for the disabled, which the girl users. The girl is said to have “behaved in the same way before”.
