An initiative to support students who cannot find employment easily due to developmental disorders, in cooperation with universities and private employment support establishments began in Kansai. In February of this year, the first matching event “Supporting All Together” was implemented using a system that accurately conveys information to companies such as what the university has accumulated and what information the students need to consider. After an internship, companies identify student aptitudes and look for an environment in which students can work well.
