Manga artists Eri Nanato, 43 and Satoshi Kameyama, 41, have brought the issue of adult developmental disorders to the fore via the pages of a manga series that conveys the challenges they face in real life.
Reiji Oba (56), a poet and illustrator living in Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture, has self~published a picture book titled “Where are my ears?“ Oba portrayed worries and wishes after experiencing hearing loss due to a childhood illness. Oba says, “I want more people to read this picture book and be kind to the world.”
The manga “Do you know the help mark?”, that depicts a scary event with a “help mark”, has become a hot topic on social media.
