KUMAMOTO – An office that provides after-school day care services for children with disabilities has been subject to administrative sanctions for falsifying support plans for the children.
According to Kumamoto City, ‘Banana Land’ had falsified dates and other information about the support plan for nine children, even though the period required for review had passed.
Additionally, although parents are supposed to check the documents and affix their seals on them, the staff members purchased the seals and affixed them without permission.
