OSAKA – A boy (17) with intellectual disabilities who attends a special needs school at a support facility for people with disabilities in Tomitabayashi City, Osaka, who used a cutter knife to threaten staff and steal their keys and escape was arrested in the afternnon of 6th July.
The boy was found in front of a friend’s house in Kawachinagano City,, and was arrested for robbery. He didn’t have a cutter knife.
The suspect was found was at around 10:10 pm on the 6th in the staff room on the first floor of the dormitory of the Osaka Prefectural Kongo Welfare Center, where a male staff member (56) was tied with vinyl tape and threatened with “keys, leave all”.
