Typhoon 15: Chiba city opens “welfare evacuation room” for elderly & disabled

Chiba City has opened a “welfare evacuation room” for the disabled and elderly in the City Harmony Plaza (Chibaji-cho, Chuo-ku).

Suitable for children with disabilities and elderly people with physical disabilities who are difficult to spend at a shelter where many people gather. There is also a private room with tatami flooring.
