As described here, Barrier Free Japan applied to be a volunteer at the Tokyo 2020 Games. On September 13th, Barrier Free Japan received an email saying the application was unsuccessful. However, the received response, albeit an automated one, was kind of nice:

As someone who has applied for jobs without even getting a receipt of application, it is difficult not to feel a little bit impressed that the Tokyo 2020 organizers took the time to send even an automated response.

Ganbatte Japan for the Tokyo 2020 Games!
