Of the 38 prefectures in Japan in which prefectural government departments and boards of education inappropriately posted job information, 26 prefectures are planning to recruit at least about 1,200 people by the end of 2020 due to the lack of recruiting persons with disabilities.
The central government ministry aims to employ about 4,000 people by the end of this year. Together with the prefectures and municipalities, even more recruitment will be done in a short period of time, but it is unclear how many can actually me recruited. There is also a concern as to whether the impact on private businesses will prevent accepting new recruits on time.
