Gunma prefecture began distributing the booklet “handbook that connects the heart” to the public, aiming at a society that is easy to live regardless of the presence or absence of a disability. Illustrations are introduced with characteristics of each obstacle and consideration necessary for the surrounding people. The person in charge calls out “I want many people to use it.”

The introduction of the booklet says:

“People with disabilities have lots of things you can do if there is understanding or consideration of the surroundings.”

The booklet explains the points that people need to take care, such as not placing objects on the braille block for the blind and by giving priority to wheelchair users by getting on and off the elevator.
