Osaka Prefecture, Toyonaka City Faculty and Staff Association organized by the Toyonaka City Teachers Association Osaka Prefecture) held a symposium on the 16th February about Inclusive Education that will consider the significance of all children learning in the Regular Classroom, It was held in elementary school and about 150 people participated.
Inclusive education is prescribed in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and “rational consideration” it is necessary to so that the people without disabilities have the same rights as others and can exercise this rights. Hideo Yuwa, Associate Professor of Buddhism (Education for Disabled Children) who gave a lecture highlighted that “human rights sense and dialogue are important for reasonable consideration.” “I want Osaka to work diligently, I want you to work hard to maintain the environment that children with disabilities are common.”
