TOKYO – On January 7th, it was announced on the official website that NHK Educational TV’s barrier-free variety show “Baribara” (broadcast on Thursdays 8pm) will end in March.
The production team of the show announced, “Baribara, which has been broadcast with the aim of eliminating ‘barriers’ for ‘all minorities who have difficulty living’, will end in March this year.”
On ‘X’ NHK ‘Baribara announced:
“Baribara will end in March of this year.
We owe it all to the people involved, those involved in the incident, and all of our viewers who have helped with the production of this program that we have been able to broadcast it for 15 years. Thank you very much.
Starting in April, we plan to continue to share the voices of those involved in a new program.”

The “Final Episode Special” will be broadcast in two parts on March 6th and 13th (from 8pm). “We will look back on the 15-year history and introduce the social trends since then and the latest developments of the people involved who appeared on the show,” it was announced.
