KYOTO – The entrance to an accessible toilet in JR Kyoto station. The entrance is ‘taped’ shut.
It’s been ‘closed for maintenance’ (not a direct translation of the sign but I suspect the intended meaning of the sign) for weeks now. That’s a lot of time to perform maintenance.
Is it possible they don’t want anyone to use it again?
