TOKYO – On September 3rd, the Japan Federation of the Deaf and other organizations decided on and announced the emblem for the Deaflympics, an international sporting event for the hearing impaired to be held in Tokyo in 2025.

With the theme of the “circle” that connects people through the tournament, the design features a hand used in sign language and cherry blossom petals as motifs, and will be widely used in PR for the tournament.
