Nagasaki Prefecture misreported disability employment rates for 20 years

Nagasaki Prefecture announced on 21th that it had calculated the employment rate of persons with disabilities to include those that were not handicapped for the past 20 years, and did not confirm the medical certificate of designated doctors. The prefecture also reported that it has been lower than the statutory employment rate for the past nine consecutive years.
