The Sagamihara stabbings accused’s ‘Manga’ (Part 2)

On July 20th, a book including letters and drawings written by the accused in the Sagamihara massacre; when on July 26th 2016, 19 disabled people were killed at a care home in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture (others were injured).
