Wheelchair user begs with a bucket at JR Osaka Station

Japan’s privacy laws mean that Barrier Free Japan can’t show you the gentleman’s face. However, we can say this: He was a wheelchair using man who was begging for money with his pink bucket – he didn’t do too badly – he had 1000 Yen and a bit of change. He waited outside JR Osaka for at least three hours – from 3pm until 6pm on Friday June 8th 2018.
