TOKYO – Parents of students attending Musashino Higashi Gakuen raised concerned about the appointment of Kenzo Matsumura as early as February 2024. In their change.org petition, parents express their concerns that the school as a “safe haven for our children is in a deep state of crisis, and with an ever growing concern about the future of our school”.
Episode Notes:
‘Parents Raised Concerns Early About Appointment of Chairman at ‘Inclusive’ Tokyo School, Alleging Harassment and Threats by Chairman’:
‘Signature campaign calling for Hazuki Loupe Chairman Kenzo Matsumura to step down as Musashino Higashi Gakuen director’ (change.org petition):

It’s a shame that the prosecutor decided to make this case “disposition of non-prosecution” without explaining the reason.
Even with the clear evidence of the school threatening the student to forcibly write apologies to the chairman if not will get expelled , it turned out that the school anyway did officially expell her.
It doesn’t matter if it was called off or not later.
The problem is that this abuse of power kind of harassment remains in this school under this chairman without any punishment on him.
This is a case where justice is not served in the public prosecutors office.
