Two Wheelchair Users Were Saved Passengers Onboard Crashed JAL Plane

During an interview with aviation/travel analyst Takataro Chokai on on Nippon Broadcasting System's "Koji Iida's OK! Cozy up!" on January 4th, it was revealed that two wheelchair user were passengers onboard JAL flight 516 when it skidded down the tarmac shortly before 6PM local time at Haneda Airport on January 2nd 2024

During an interview with aviation/travel analyst Takataro Chokai on on Nippon Broadcasting System’s “Koji Iida’s OK! Cozy up!” on January 4th, it was revealed that two wheelchair user were passengers onboard JAL flight 516 when it skidded down the tarmac shortly before 6PM local time at Tokyo Haneda Airport on January 2nd 2024

“According to a press conference yesterday on January 3rd, there were two people with physical disabilities in wheelchairs. Although the evacuation method was not made public, It is believed that the fact that everyone was able to escape was a result of the crew’s proper evacuation guidance.”

All 379 people aboard a Japan Airlines (JAL) plane escaped the burning airliner after a collision with a Coast Guard aircraft at Tokyo’s Haneda airport that killed five of six crew on the smaller aircraft on Tuesday.

Five of six of the crew from the Coast Guard Plane were died.
