OSAKA – Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Co. said Friday 22nd March it will voluntarily recall some 300,000 packs of five supplement products in Japan after reports of health damage suffered by users.

Two people who used the ‘beni koji’ health supplement have died, one of whom died of a kidney disease.
