Barrier Free Japan is being asked this question: Whether the 21st typhoon of the 2018 season, typhoon Jebi, which made land fall in western Japan (coincidentally where Barrier Free Japan lives) on September 4th or the large earthquake on Hokkaido island that happened on the 6th has affected disabled people.
It is too soon to tell for Hokkaido quake and no reports specific to issues disabled faced in the typhoon have been made.
The image below is of my local JR station in Kobe, still closed on the September 5th, 24 hours after the typhoon passed.
